Hotel had not air conditioning and we were placed on the 4th floor facing the street. We could not open the windows to get fresh air because of the type of window curtains. Additonally, when we did manage to get the windows opened a few inches the noise of the traffic was awful. The furnishings and decoration was not what I would call 3 star. I will say one thing for this hotel, when we complained about the heat they gave us a small fan that helped ease the heat.
