Not in a great part of town and difficult to find. Very close to the subway, which was nice. Clean and modest rooms. I was not informed that the linens and towels would not be changed often. When I asked for new towels they wanted to charge me for them! I purchased tokens for the laundry (very expensive) and did not use all of them. I wanted to turn in the tokens and get my $10 back but they refused. I did not understand why they would not buy them back - I just left them on the counter - unused.
