When we booked the room on line through your agency we booked a superior room. When we arrived we went to our room to find that it was no different than any other room in the hotel but we were still charged for a superior room at a a rate of 125 eoro per night. The desk clerk would only say that we had mistaken something for a special they had last month and that the price we paid was for a regular room. I feel like we got a little screwed. The room we had was noisy becaus it was on the street side and it was hot.
