How long did you stay at the hotel? Three nights
How many rooms and what type did you book? One room for four persons.
How was the hotel (room, services, location etc..)? Good, friendly personell, good breakfast, beds little bit old and used, but matrasses good. Shower almost broken.
How were the staff? Friendly, professional.
Will you return to this hotel? Yes.
Did you use one of our other services, if yes which one (airport Transfet, Tours)? No.

The staff are very helpful! It's in a quiet location in a nice area. It's a bit of a walk to the closet metro stations. The room was clean and reasonably sized. We didn't have time to try the food.

Good hotel. It was good for its star rating. The service was friendly and helpful. I would use the hotel again without hesitation, as it is well placed in relation to the metro and location close to the Eiffel Tower. There are many good shops and ammenities.

This was our first time in France and so we had no benchmark to compare the hotel. However, we found all the staff to be excellent and the location ( a short stroll to the Eiffel Tower) to be perfect for us as first-time Paris tourists travelling with a baby. Everything went without a hitch. We will definitely use this hotel should we return to Paris and of course will make use of your service.

We stayed for eight days at Trocadero la Tour, November 9-17, 2002. We had a room with queen bed and bath en suite.
We found the staff consistently professional and polite. Of special note, the person who assisted in the dining room was
gracious and prompt, and the housekeeping staff polite and thorough. We were completely satisfied, would recommend the
hotel to others, and would use the service again.

The hotel was perfectly situated in a residential area with easy access to metro and walking distance to the Eiffel Tower and Trocadero. Rooms were comfortable and clean. Staff was friendly and helpful. I can't imagine a better value in Paris.
