UN HOTEL MUY BIEN SITUADO. FALTAN ALGUNOS BUENOS TOQUES DE DECORACION SOBRE TODO AL ENTRAR. UN LUGAR DONDE TOMAR EL DESAYUNO .

They had forgotten our reservation, but we got our rooms (one double and one single) and we got a free breakfast at the rom for the inconvinience.
We have stayed at Jardin de Paris earlier, and will probably do again.

Everything was just perfect. Nice, but small room. The staff was very helpfull and the cleaning was perfect.

How many rooms and what type did you book ? 1 double room
How was the hotel (room, services, location etc..) ? Room was OK but very small, the location was perfect, the only service we used was breakfast which was not good. The bread which is normally wonderful in France was like rubber and I was very close to buying my own baguette and bringing it with me to breakfast. Croissant was not good either. The breakfast room was very dark and not very pleasant.
How were the staff ? OK, but not exceptional.
Will you return to this hotel ? Probably not, because of the breakfast.

Will you use our service again ? Yes, when and if I visit France again. The booking and everything connected to it was very effective.

Very bad shower and very, very dangerous and slipery. There is no holder inside the shower and a fall is nlmost certain to happen.Apart from that, the cable TV was not working properly and when I complained, they said they were sendind somebody and never did.
Fantastic location, good telefone service and vrry clean.

We had made a reservation by Internet for this hotel, mainly based on price and location: one block from the church of St. Germain de Pres. After parking our car in the carpark under the boulevard St. Germain (again in front of the hotel), the receptionist informed us that there was no room available, so much for Internet reservations... all our complaining did not help. They offered a stay in Hotel Trianon, opposite of de Place de la Sorbonne and next to boulevard St. Michel. We had to take it and that hotel was actually an excellent place to stay, but a rather longer walk to St. Germain and the Louvre...

I booked this hotel online, weeks before our trip, and was sent an email receipt. However the day before the trip we called the hotel and they said they had no room. We then had to rush to find another hotel to stay in. Needless to say I will not be using your website again and this hotel has behaved very unprofessionally.

We stayed for one night in a double room. The hotel was comfortable and clean and the staff friendly. We would consider returning to the hotel and would also use your service again.

We booked 1 double room for 3 nights, but the hotel
wasn't notified so we ended up staying only 2. The
staff were great in organising an alternative hotel
for the 3rd night at the same price.
The room was fine, cleanliness was ok. Breakfast was
very nice.
The location is terrific, within walking
distance of the Louvre, Pantheon, Luxembourg, Musee
d'Orsay and the Latin quarter.
The staff were excellent and we shall probably return
again.
France-Hotels.net not notifying the hotel of our
booking was a bit disconcerting, but I would use the
service again - just remembering to double check with the hotel.

Arrived at the hotel to find that they did not have our reservation. I had the printed confirmation sheet but they did not recognize it as a reservation. Had to find another hotel at the last minute.

Great location! Lots of good restaurants and cafes in the area. Upon arrival, it took a while to find a NON-SMOKING room as had been requested. Most rooms had a very strong smoke odour. The room we finally got was facing the street but was very quiet (6th floor). The breakfast area was dark and smokey so we didn't have breakfast at the hotel. Of we could get a similar non-smoking room at the same price(75 euros)next time we would stay here again because of its location. While we were in Paris we looked at a few 2 and 3 star hotels and in our opinion this hotel is more of a 2 star than a 3 star.
