The New Robyn Hotel in Paris is disappointing. The room was very small, as was the bathroom and there was no proper shower. The furnishings in the hotel were also rather poor. I would not stay at this hotel again. It is more deserving of a 3 or 2 star rating.

The room was excellent.....the location is excellent...the only problem was that we were told by the front desk clerk that the cost of the taxi to Charles De Gaulle airport would be approx. 50 - 60 Euros....the taxi driver that was called by your hotel charged 85 Euros from your hotel to the airport.....we know we were ripped off by the driver...but had no recourse, but to pay him....perhaps you may want to scrutinize your taxi services a little closer.

But I had one point of regret matter.
At check in :
Front person instructed us about a break fast.
I asked him.
"Is Breakfast included?"
Reply = YES
At check out :
Breakfast was charged.
I asked again.
Reply = NO
His reply was defferent!
Any way, original program may not be included.
So, I paid.
But he gave us expect at check in.

The service was very good but the rooms were very small and the furniture/bathroom needed some renovation according to my opinion, especially in reference to its 4star de luxe "highly recommended" profile ...

How was the hotel (room, services, location etc..) ? Room was spacious, though the accessories (sheets, blanket, etc) looked quite old for a 4 star hotel. The location was perfect. The service was good enough.
How was the staff ? Friendly and helpful. English-speaking!
Will you return to this hotel ? Probably not. Too expensive for what they offer.
