staff spoke fluent English and were always polite & helpful. I'd go back certainly, but there wasn't much going on in the Montparnasse area. Heavily discounted rates (substantially better than half price!). Our room was very spacious, in fact, larger than my own bedroom, and included stairs to one more bed (that was surplus to our requirements).

we enjoied the surroundings of the hotel, we say it is in a "true" area, which is an area where local people live, not too much turistic.
we stayed three nights in a double room with shower (little bath room but with a large window. the hotel is simple but clean enough, and so our room, the breakfast room is nice.
the staff was friendly and not too formal. quite a nice place alltogether, in comparison with the offer (we payed 62 euros a night). the buffet breakfast was rich if compared with its cost.
Anyway I don't know if we'll return, as we like to see different places and to stay in different areas of the town.

The hotel was very comfortable and the room was well laid out and had everything we needed. It was maybe a little small if we had been staying more than one night, but at the price I could not fault it.
The staff were very welcoming and efficient and the reservation details were available to make the check-in process quicker.
We had booked 2 rooms and the reservation was handled completely correctly. The locqtion was perfect for our onward journey from Montparnasse Station the following morning, but would have been equally well placed for a sightseeing trip.
We would certainly consider staying there again for another trip.

Je suis resté 3 nuits, une chambre avec deux lits. La chambre est très petite (mini-douche/lavabo/toilettes) mais pour son prix elle est tout à fait raisonnable. L'hôtel est bien organisé, on peut déposer ses valeurs dans un safe gratuitement, le petit-déjeuner et simple mais à discrétion (self-service). C'est mon deuxième séjour dans cet hôtel et je ne peux que le recommander. Le quartier est calme, en particulier la nuit. L'année passée, l'arrêt de métro était hors service, mais cette année l'hôtel est très proche de Pernety, notamment. Dans le quartier il y a de nombreux petits restaurants et cafés.

I returned home from Paris yesterday, after having stayed for 7 nights in the hotel. Myself and my 2 travelling companions found the hotel to be very satisfactory. The reception staff were extremely friendly, trying where possible to converse with us in English, as our French isn't too good at the moment! The lift was fairly small, we could only just squeeze 2 of us in with our luggage, but the rooms were a good size. We found the hotel to be extremely clean, rooms were cleaned every day which we thought was excellent. The breakfast was very good, plenty to choose from, and we ate downstairs in the cellar, which was beautifully done out. The hotel was situated on a quiet road, just a couple of minutes' walk to the main street, and only about 10 minutes from the Metro, making trips to the well known sights very easy. Overall we thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the hotel, we could have stayed longer. We would definitely go back here and stay again, and we recommend it to anyone.

Hotel correct dans l'ensemble pour un 2 étoiles, situé dans une rue trés calme.
Télévision, chaines nationales et canal plus, manque malheureusement des chaines satélites ou cablées.
40 minutes à pied de la porte de versailles.

I would recommend this hotel if you are looking for something cheap and with the minimum requisites. It is clean, although rooms are rather small. Its location is somewhat peripheric, but the metro can solve this problem.

The staff was very nice. The Hotel needs renovation very very fast. The carpet was filthy. All the bathroom appliances were very old and there was rust and molt everywhere. The cleanignstaff tried to clean it but it is just too old. There were tiles missing in the bathroom. The provided furniture was also too old. I work for a large Tour operator, I'm a Product Manager with AAA Auto Club south, and we travel a lot all over the world.I was not expecting a luxurious room for the money we paid , but the hotel needs renovation. At this point I would not recommend the hotel or come back. The breakfast in the morning was outstanding and much much more than expected.

Hotel is a little bit old and the service (breakfast was very unfriendly) not so good. It is in a quiet street and about 400m from the subway.Stayed there for 3 nights discount price was respected at C/O!!!

We stayed 6 nights in the hotel in a double room. We were not really satisfied by this hotel because the room was too small and there was no comfort. The room was not cleaned well. The staff was ok. We won't return to this hotel, but we can imagine use your service once again!

it is situated on a junction and bit noisy at night. You could hear everthing that happens outsite.And the ground floor rooms window opens too close to the main road and as a result i feel bit unsafe as anyone can reach into the room. Apart from that is is well located and comfortable.

Avec un accueil tres sympatique et courtois,une chambre tres correcte,propre
et une literie tres confortable ce qui n'est pas le cas dans tous les hotels
en general.Un petit déjeuné vraiment tres copieux,ou il ne manquait rien,un
personnel tres gentil et prevenant.
Nous ne nous tromperons pas d'hotel la prochaine fois nous retornerons chez
vous.

We stayed at the hotel for 5 nights, and we were absolutely delighted with it. The price quoted on your website, 65 Euros, was significantly cheaper than that advertised on the door, 89 Euros. For that price, we got a double in a nice quite neighborhood with private bathroom, clean rooms, friendly staff and a great breakfast each morning. While the hotel was not close to any of the major tourist sights, it was a very short walk from a Metro station, and using the Metro was a much more efficient way of seeing the city. The neighborhood was quiet and untouristy, which was actually a benefit.

The hotel was fine for our purposes. The room was tiny but perfectly servicable. It was in a fairly unlively section of town, so it was not ideal for us, as we wanted to be somewhere slightly more central to the subway and other aspect of Parisian life. Most staff spoke enough English to compensate for our rusty French, and the boulangerie across the street had lovely pain au choclate.

We stayed 3 nights at the hotel. I booked a 'double room, 1 bed' about 4 weeks beforehand but when we arrived we were given a twin room. I complained but was told there was nothing else for that night and we should push our beds together. They said that they would put us into a double bed the next morning.
The next morning we were told by another member of staff that there was no other room for us (again) and there was nothing they could do. I kicked up a big fuss and told them we were recently married (the truth), that I had booked the rooms a month previously so there was no reason that they should not have had a 1-bed room for us, and that they were ruining our 'romantic' weekend. Amazingly, as my voice became louder, a 'double room, 1 bed' was discovered to be becoming vacant later on that morning. We went out for the day and when we came back the promised room was ready - it was very clean and much nicer than the twin room.
As far as staying there again, I don't think I would trust them again so think it would be worth trying somewhere else next time. I felt the reception staff seemed more bothered about having the rooms full rather than keeping the customer happy.
I would use your service again.

Hôtel sympathique, installé dans un quartier tranquille. Facillement accessible depuis la station de métro Pernety. Petit déjeuner copieux et servi dans un cadre original.

The hotel served a very lovely breakfast and its staff were very hospitable (especially the receptionist who tried to speak English with my native French speaking girlfriend).
Negatives: The stairs could use widening. I'm not a small man! The door jammed on us. Are keys that old fashioned?? And my partner found the room cold the first night. She discovered how to work the heating the second night.
All in all, we enjoyed our stay and would visit again.

Après avoir séjourné 4 nuits dans cet hotel,nous pouvons le recommander pour son emplacement et son calme.Le personnel est sympatique.La chambre n'est pas très grande mais suffisement quand même.
Cependant, il conviendrait pour une chambre double de pouvoir obtenir un lit au dimensions correctes:à savoir 140 minimum et non 120 !

Good hotel overall: nice clean room, reasonably close to Metropolitain. I didn't try the breakfast in the cellar. The price I got from your website (48 euro for a double room) was really good (the price quoted at the hotel was much higher, 78 euro per double room).

Once arrived we were very disappointed. Hotel is much more beautiful on the web and in words then it is in real. Received a parking ticked because we let the car parked where the personnel told us we could park without any problems despite our explicit request to stay in the private parking. This was EUR 36 more then budgeted.
Breakfast is not very hygienically due to the absence of forks to put the ham and croissants on the plate. Whilst having breakfast the dirty laundry is towed though the cellar (breakfast room) to the washer. Breakfast besides that is very simple and the coffee does not taste like coffee at all. The Juice was warm and hence far from refreshing.
Water pressure was not available at the 5th floor and hence we were condemned to take a freezing shower.
The television only has about 4 channels of which 2 Italian which have such a terrible sound that one cannot even listen to it for 1 minute.
Room at the 5th was very moist (lots of condensation on the windows).
Compared to other hotels in the same price category (and we have visited a lot in the mean time) this is surely one we will not return to.

Après avoir réservé à leur établissement de "nation bercy", un 3 étoiles, nous retrouvons à cette adresse, 2 étoiles à cause de fuites ou d'infiltrations.
Le service laisse un peu à désirer : le personnel ne semble pas impliqué dans les problèmes des clients (pas de pression d'eau dans les chambres du 5° et donc douches "épique".
Les petits déjeuners ont été facturés alors que nous ne les avions pas pris et reproche nous en a été fait de le signaler.
