Recent review by : Kassie from California on 04/08/2008 We had a family suite. It was much bigger and better than we expected. The location is great. Very convenient and close to Arc de Triomphe.About 10 minutes walk. The staff was polite and friendly. The elevators are small but a big convenience when you have a baby and a stroller. There was no real view from the window but we didn't mind as we were out most of the time any way. There was some construction noise from the top floors but it did not start early and was never there when we got back. Overall a good value hotel for a family. Guest rating : 7/10
Recent review by : Pascal Gooyer on 11/01/2008 We booked 2 deluxe rooms for 3 nights.
The rooms were great with a lot of space,
the service provided by the staff was excellent and the location of the hotel is perfect ( 10 minutes walk from the Arc de Triomphe ).
Great value for money !

Recent review by : Eileen Pritchard on 04/04/2005 The hotel room was large for Paris standards, however we were in one of the front rooms and there was sewer work being done below us. Closing the window helped alleviate the noise. The front office staff was extremely helpful with my lost luggage, calling the airlines for me. Guest rating : 8/10
Recent review by : Casey & Bern on 04/12/2003 Thank you so much for booking the Hotel Etoile Saint Honore for us. It was all that we expected and more. The location was good for us -- quiet side street, yet a few short blocks to everything including the subways that were great for us New York subway riders to use once we figured them out. The hotel staff were magnificently helpful with every question and request we presented (and we had many) and always steered us in the right direction with a smile. They even directed us, when we asked, to one of the local money change booths that offered the highest rates. Our room was two twins with very high ceilings and lots of light from the 4 six-foot windows that folded back to reveal the Eiffel Tower full center and a lovely city view. It was a delightful surprise for us when we discovered the Eiffel tower sparkling the first night. We stayed 4 nights and this hotel was perfect for us -- very clean room and hotel, excellent staff, lovely lobby and sitting area, plus, I forgot to mention we had a gorgeous new bathroom and a separate area for clothes and luggage. We would return to this hotel in a heartbeat. It had a quaint, smaller hotel feel, but with the important amenities of a large hotel. The information on the France-Hotels.net website was completely accurate, the prices offered at this hotel were substantially lower than a number of other sites I check, and the process was amazingly easy. Thank you again and will happily use you in the future and refer to friends. (Now that I reread what I wrote it sounds like we must be friends or relatives of the site owner or hotel with all this praise -- but, be assured I am not related or friendly with anyone JUST a truly and completely satisfied customer. And it is not too often that I can proclaim that!!!) Guest rating : 10/10

This is a rather good and quiet hotel but there is a garden in the back with lots of mosquitoes!
Best,

Recent review by : David Persson on 03/06/2003 I enjoyed the stay at the hotel very much. I have no complaints other than that the image quality of the TV was poor and there were only 5 channels, none of which were foreign. Guest rating : 7/10
