Booking Policy
The Instant Booking Reservation is the shortest way to make your reservation. We display a visual sample of participating hotel information, rates, and availability dates. Browse as much as you like, and then make a reservation at the hotel of your choice.

You can reserve a room instantly by filling out the online form and saving a lot of time and money with this option. Once you place your reservation, you receive an instant confirmation with a booking number.

Each property with online reservation have its own booking policy. Some hotels just need you card as a guaranty (you will pay your stay directly to the hotel) and others need to charge your card to deliver the voucher and hold the rooms for your stay.

BOOKING CONDITIONS

This type of reservation is 100% free of charge (no deposit are required), but the hotel requires a valid credit card guarantee for a confirmed reservation but no charge will be made in advance and you will be able to choose how to pay your bill upon departure.
You will find at the end of the reservation process, a voucher with all the necessary information you need for your stay.
Show this voucher at the reception desk of the hotel for the check-in. You will also receive an email confirming the booking.

To avoid credit card abuse hotels can ask for a bank authorisation, if the authorisation failled the hotel can cancel your booking immediately.


MODIFICATION OF YOUR RESERVATION

If you wish to make changes to your reservation (dates, number of rooms), please go to our contact page, we will do our best to make the requested changes to your reservation.
NO MODIFICATION will be made by directly email


CANCELLATION POLICY

You can cancel more than 72 hours prior to your check-in date without any charge by using the cancellation form .

If you cancel less than 72 hours prior to arrival or in the event of a no-show, the hotel may charge your first night stay on your credit card.

Instant reservation with prepayment

BOOKING CONDITIONS

This hotel requires that your credit card be charged for the full payment upon reservation.
To process your instant booking and take advantage of our exclusive and discount prices, the amount of your reservation will be prepaid and charged to your credit card as a guarantee for the hotel.

You will find at the end of the reservation process, a voucher with all the necessary information you need for your stay.
Show this voucher at the reception desk of the hotel for the check-in. You will also receive an email confirming the booking.

The amount of your reservation will include the price of the room, the breakfast and the city tax. You will NOT have to pay any other amount to the hotel, excepted the extra services you may used (phone units, restaurant, etc).


MODIFICATION OF YOUR RESERVATION

If you wish to make changes to your reservation (dates, number of rooms), please go to our contact page or contact us directly, we will do our best to make the requested changes to your reservation.
  • If you wish to extend your stay, this hotel requires that your credit card be charged for extra nights.
  • If you wish to reduce your stay, we need your credit card information to refund the difference (after deducing 6% for handling fees).

    CANCELLATION POLICY

    For cancellations made more than 72 hours prior to your check-in date, we will refund your prepayment after having deducted 6% for handling fees (with a minimum handling fees of 16 euros).
    For any booking cancelled less than 72 hours prior to arrival, we will refund your prepayment after having deducted one night penalty for late cancellation.
