point positif : le personnel était très accueillant.
Ponits négatifs:la chambre était petite et très sombre.le petit-déjeuner cher pour les prestations fournies.

We stayed two nights Jan 27/28 in room 305- recently refurbished. Small- but absolutely no complaints about the room.
Front desk very pleasant and spoke English which was helpful.
Only minor complaint was at breakfast - if u came down at the wrong time the selection was thin and had to ask for things that u knew should have been there. Also check out was slow. One person on desk at a busy time -not efficient
Apart from this the location is very good and would recommend it and use it again.
Reasonable price at 129 euros per night, although I am sure there were different rates. (And no offer of museum tickets as described on-line)

We stayed at the Jardin de Cluny for one week. We had 3 rooms - a double and two triples. One room was a true triple and was fine. The other was a double with a rollaway which made for a cramped room, but we managed since the room was occupied by 3 boys who did not spend too much time in the room.
We loved the location of the hotel. The rooms were fine - typically small parisien rooms - but clean and nicely decorated. We loved the quad we were given when a triple was not available for one night.
The staff were very friendly, helpful and accomodating. I would definitely return. The location can't be beat - it was very convenient to both the metro and the RER B line.
We did not use any of the other services, airport transfer, tours etc. so cannot comment on that.

Was only staying for one night. Reserved a room with a double bed online the day before, however when we arrived that morning, the hotel informed us that they had tried to contact us and all of the rooms with double beds were booked. They were able to give us a room with a bed only 20 cm more narrow than a regular double bed, gave us a discount because of the narrower bed, and gave us the room at 10 am instead of the regular check in time at 2 pm. I was very impressed and greatful with the customer service, the concierge was very nice, spoke many languages, and the room was also nice. Would definitely stay here again. Also- great location, very close to latin quarter, jardin du luxembourg, pantheon, etc.

We spent 1 night at le Jardin de Cluny although we had booked 2 !
The reason we only spent 1 night was because we were told the booking from your company got there too late and they could only accomodate us on Saturday night and not the Friday as well - even though I had booked months before. Fortunately the hotel were able to get us a room in the Hotel California on the rue des Ecoles for Friday so it was OK. But I was not very happy as it was my wifes' birthday, luckily she was not upset. We eventually checked into the Jardin de Cluny on Saturday morning and enjoyed our stay, but I will probably not use your service again.

We stayed from 6 to 14 July at le Jardin de Cluny. My wife and me were in a double room and my two sons in a twin room.
The hotel is in an excellent location, few blocks from Notre Dame and near the subway and railway. It is in walking distance to many important places and in a zone where there are many small typical restaurants.
The rooms are very small but clean and well furnished; there is a safety box in each room. There are internet facilities inside the Hotel. A beautiful dinning room at basement is used only for continental breakfast at a high price.
The staff is very amiable and helpful.
Yes, I would return to le Jardin de Cluny Hotel.
The service of Hotels.net is excellent, it was very easy to do reservations and we got a very good price.

Stay at Hotel du Jardin de Cluny. Hotel was very nice. Service was good. Personnel were frienly. Only complaint is that configuration of furniture in room madem it impossible for one -erson to sit and work at esk while other person moved about the room.
