> How was the hotel (room, services, location etc..) ? Was totally unsatisfactory with no airconditioning. It was nearly 40 degrees and we had to sleep with wet towels it was that hot and stuffy in the room - our accomodation put a downper on our Paris trip. Every guest was complaining and wanted to move and even the poor staff were drenched in sweat whilst working on Reception. For this hotel to be part of a chain, it was inhumane to not provide airconditioning to staff and guests in these conditions and Management should be doing something about it.
