Hi,
since you asked for a feedback, here it is.
I booked a twin room pointing out that I am traveling with my mother. Instead I was given a double with not even a king size bed.
A day before departure I got a call from the reception asking me to vacant the room since there were "some jobs to be made in the corridor".
I don't find all this customer friendly, I am afraid, and I don't think I will stay at this hotel ever again.
Apart from this, "How to get there" scheme forwarded by the hotel is not up to date: there is a tube station much closer to the one offered by the hotel, so it's virtually provoking you to take a cab whilst you could have easily walked for 5 minutes.
